I would like to start out by apologising for the disruption you experienced with your Boundless services during last week.
Following the events we have put together the attached Reason for Outage (RFO) document. This document sets out to explain what caused the disruption and the steps we made to resolve it; in both this instance and to stop such events occurring again.
We appreciate that the technical industry can be very confusing, so have aimed to word it in a way that makes it understandable for all.
