Corona Virus

Dear Galphay Friends

I’m sure that we are all aware of the current “Covid 19” virus that has recently been elevated to Pandemic status here in the UK and globally.

Furthermore, and if the weekend press reports are to be believed, HM Government are to recommend that certain groups of people “Self Isolate” for an extended period maybe even for 2 months or more.

It is clear that the current situation is serious and will cause major disruption for us all, this is where we may need your help. Clare & Nolan Stacey have come forward with a great suggestion of being prepared (as a Village) to offer assistance to those that may need to “Self Isolate” or indeed be a little apprehensive going about every day life. This could be in the form of doing some shopping, walking a dog, going to the chemist – the truth is that we just don’t know what will be required but it would be fantastic if those that need assistance could rely on those that can offer whatever help that may be required.

We obviously hope that we here, in our little village, will not be badly affected but it might be prudent to prepare as best we can. If there are others in the Village that feel they would like to offer their assistance, we would be very grateful to hear from you.

If anyone does need assistance please let us know, there will be someone here for you.

Boundless Network Outage

Reason for Outage (RFO): 28th – 30th January 2020
Our technical support team on hand to help
Hello,

I would like to start out by apologising for the disruption you experienced with your Boundless services during last week.

Following the events we have put together the attached Reason for Outage (RFO) document. This document sets out to explain what caused the disruption and the steps we made to resolve it; in both this instance and to stop such events occurring again.

We appreciate that the technical industry can be very confusing, so have aimed to word it in a way that makes it understandable for all.

I hope this helps.Click to View RFO
