On Sunday 25th September at 2.30pm the Library Theatre Touring Company will perform at the Galphay Village Hall with their show Wind in the Willows – the Musical.
Having failed in their attempts to cure Toad of his addiction to fast cars and speeding, Ratty, Mole and Badger have to stand by as Toad is imprisoned for his offences. Meanwhile, Toad Hall has been invaded by Stoats, Weasels and Ferrets. Toad, however, has better plans that languishing in a prison cell and escapes, disguised as a washerwoman, whereupon the gallant friends liberate Toad Hall from the occupying squatters.
Beware any stoats, weasels, ferrets AND slow-moving pedestrians….
Library Theatre Touring Company was formed in 1996 supported by Leeds Libraries to provide accessible, professional theatre to rural areas. The company is very experienced in playing community venues and small theatres on a national basis. ‘Wind in the Willows’ has already played to large audiences in Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire & Teeside
