Galphay Open Gardens 2017

Sunday 25th June 2017   1-5pm

Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, near Ripon, our lovely village is holding its annual open gardens event.

You will have the opportunity to explore a variety of gardens, large and small, including our village pinfold,
the beautiful gardens of the Manor House and Braithwaite Hall.

This year there will be a midsummer market with various stalls selling plants, gifts and crafts.
Refreshments will be available at the village hall and from various gardens.
Hot food will be available from our local pub.

Proceeds go to the Village hall.
Plant sales:
There will be plants for sale at the village hall.

Cost:
£3.00 per adult, accompanied children free.

  1. Very much looking forward to bringing my eighty-five year old mother to this event. In the 1960s/1970s she planted our garden in Galphay from scratch, and every time we drive through she likes to look at how it has developed. I’m hoping we will be able to have a closer look on Saturday.
